Serentripiti is LIVE

Friday, August 19, 2011

After countless hours of hard work, coffee, blood, sweat, and tears (well... maybe not blood, sweat, or tears), Serentripiti is now live in the iTunes App Store for all iOS devices. We'd like to extend a special thanks to all of our beta testers and all of you who have been patiently waiting for this release.

Get the app now on the App Store (for FREE) and please, if you enjoy it, give us a rating.

We also have a press pack available for download if you are interested in writing about us in your own publication.

PAX East Roundup

Tuesday, March 22, 2011

Last week we had a fantastic time unveiling our first app, Serentripity, to the masses at PAX East 2011. This year has marked many firsts for the WoodenPixel team and adding "first appearance at a conference" to that list proved to be an informative and exciting experience. We were delighted to see so many people enjoying the app and hope to incorporate some of the great feedback we gathered into the final release.

The excitement didn't stop at PAX. We have seen several articles and mentions around Serentripity in the days following the conference, and we'd like to share some of them here.

Gamers Like Me: Best Mobile Game of PAX East

Bil McGee over at the Gamers Like Me blog wrote up a great post about his experience with Serentripity. "I could not hold back my smiles as Serentripity was being explained to me", great to hear this much excitement coming from Bil and countless others who stopped by.

Unexpected Sources of Happiness at PAX East: HowStuffWorks.com

Tracy V.Wilson at HowStuffWorks.com wrote up a great post highlighting a few cool things at PAX East. With regard to Serentripity: "It’s sort of like paper dolls meets the traveling gnome in “Amelie,” and I want it on my phone right now". We're hard at work to get the app out and on as many devices as possible.

GAME.minder Tracks Serentripity

A few of the guys from a new startup called GAME.minder stopped by and were really jazzed about Serentripity. They've added Serentripity to the list of tracked game releases so if you want to know when the game is released, you can check them out. Of course, you can also sign up for our mailing list as well, and we'll be sure to send you an e-mail when its out.

That's all for now, we'll be back with some more PAX thoughts and photos in the coming days.
